Frequently asked questions
Is LiczMat free?
Yes. The calculators, projects and estimates in the browser are free, and the account costs nothing either. The site carries no ads; the Android app is funded by Google AdMob ads.
Where does LiczMat calculate?
In your browser. What you type into the form never reaches our server. The Android app uses the same engine and works with no signal.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You start counting straight away, projects and estimates included — they stay in your browser. An account adds the same data on your phone and a link for showing an estimate to somebody.
What data does LiczMat collect?
Without an account your projects, estimates and settings stay in your browser. Once you sign in, a copy sits in Google Firestore (europe-central2, Warsaw) and only your account sees it. Google Analytics loads after you agree. See the Privacy Policy.
